Samantha Bee
How to Survive Menopause
FRI, JAN 22, 2027
Samantha Bee wants to talk about menopause. She actually doesn’t want to, but she must. In How To Survive Menopause, Bee comically shares everything she has learned through the process in an intimate one-woman show, because everyone needs that best friend who will keep it real for them. Like, really real. This is a show for anyone who is going through it, has gone through it, will be going through it, or knows someone currently going through it…basically the entire population.
Samantha Bee has quickly established herself as having one of the most unique and sharp comedic voices on television.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Bee began her career performing as a member of the all-female sketch comedy troupe The Atomic Fireballs.
In 2003, Bee joined Comedy Central’s The Daily Show‘s “Best F#@king News Team.” Bee departed The Daily Show in 2015 and currently holds the title for being the longest-serving regular Daily Show correspondent of all time (12 years).
In 2016, Bee received global recognition from the success of her very own weekly late-night comedy series, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, which premiered in 2016 and ran for seven seasons on TBS. Full Frontal offered a unique satirical take on weekly news. Critics appreciated Bee’s “fiery and fierce” delivery (The New York Times) and embraced Full Frontal as a “daring, innovative addition to the late-night slate” (Entertainment Weekly).
In 2023, Bee embarked on her first national tour, Your Favorite Woman: The Joy of Sex Education, where she completed a 31-city run including sold-out dates at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
Bee is also the author of the essay collection I Know I Am, But What Are You? and has been featured in TIME 100: The Most Influential People. Bee and her husband Jason Jones also co-created the half-hour comedy series, The Detour, which ran for four seasons on TBS.
Spring 2027 will see the release of Bee's book of essays about getting older, Where are my Glasses (and other things I find in the fridge).
