During regular hours of operation on weekdays, ticket windows may be unattended, and we may be unable to assist you with in-person ticket sales. Please call (562) 985-7000 before stopping by. Our ticket windows are closed on Fridays and weekends.

Pre-Performance Will Call and Sales (in-person only)

Our Will Call window is open one hour before Carpenter Center Season performances for in-person assistance and ticket sales. We do not answer phones during this time. The Box Office is cashless.

Service Fees

All listed ticket prices include a $4 per ticket service fee. The service fee is the same for all purchase pathways—by phone, online, or in-person. Please note: Ticket discounts apply only to the base ticket price, not to fees.

In addition to selling tickets for most Carpenter Center events, the ticket office also services all College of the Arts events at the Martha Knoebel Dance Theatre and Daniel Recital Hall.

Ticket Reselling

To receive the best authorized seats available, always buy your tickets through the Carpenter Center and our only authorized ticketing partner, Tix. The Carpenter Center does not sell tickets through unauthorized services like StubHub, SeatGeek, Tickpick, Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, Boxofficeticketsales, VividSeats or any other ticket resellers. We are unable to provide support or assistance with fraudulent or unauthorized tickets sold through these or any other ticket resellers.
