Volunteering at the Carpenter Center
Join the Carpenter Center team as one of our active volunteers. Support the activities of the Center by ushering at performances and special student matinees, doing clerical work and mailings, or helping to put on our biggest party of the year, Top of the World. Our volunteers are an essential factor in the Carpenter Center’s mission of bringing the arts to our community – and they have a good time, too!
Volunteer hours are tracked and recognized at an annual Volunteer Party and our volunteers are rightfully proud of their contribution to the success of the Carpenter Center.
Volunteer ushers must be at least 16 years of age and are required to attend a 90-minute orientation session held at the theatre throughout each year. Please call (562) 985-4274 to attend the next orientation and become part of our Volunteer Team!
